On-Property Events- For events
taking place in one of the area’s luxury hotel
properties, we are available to provide décor
and entertainment services to complement any theme
or circumstance. From casual outdoor receptions
to formal awards presentations, our goal is to create
unique experiences for your guests…experiences
that are both entertaining and memorable.
• Off-Property Events- South
Florida offers event planners a distinct array of
potential special event venues. We can make available
casual beachside settings, hot new restaurants and
clubs, luxury private yachts, famed museums and
galleries, historic local attractions and unusual
natural wonders as settings for almost any event
imaginable. Far from the “manufactured”
experiences found elsewhere in the State, these
venues serve up a true reflection of the unique
destination that is Florida.
• Recreation and Activities-
From its early days as a resort destination, South
Florida was designed with the outdoors in mind.
So it is today. No visit to the area would be complete
without a day of fun in the sun…challenging
recreational outings, entertaining historic tours,
interesting shopping excursions…all designed
to allow participants to enjoy themselves while
away from the stresses of everyday life back home.
• Transportation and Staffing-
Often, planning an event requires moving people
from one place to another. Whether moving guests
to and from the airport or getting to and from off-property
events and activities, we are prepared to secure
and manage the needed equipment and staffing to
ensure timely and reliable service…the right
vehicles combined with the right people, both in
the right place at the right time.
• Competitive Events- If
a demonstration of the value of working together
as a team is one of your program’s objectives,
we can offer a variety of team building event options.
Designed to appeal to participants off all skill
levels, we will design a fun-based exercise that
demonstrates how trusting in and working with colleagues
in a team environment can be both efficient and
productive.
• Amenities and Promotional Items-
In one way or another every event is planned to
create memories and new ways of thinking…thinking
that creates change, encourages new behavior or
that just bring a smile to the face. A guest amenity
